Brit-Tex Nursing Services, Inc. was founded in 1983. We are a privately owned and incorporated company in the State of Texas. Brit-Tex is owned by Steve Heymann, Emma Heymann, RN, and Loy Littleton, RN, BSN of San Antonio, Texas. Our company is a full service provider of homecare services to clients in Bexar and surrounding counties.

We are here to meet your needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With a fulltime staff of nurses and therapists, we will work with your physician to create a plan of care that is right for you.
